At Snow Glow, we have done our research and development to ensure trouble-free electronics for all snowmobiles.  As output voltages vary greatly from model to model, and year to year –  we have designed an output transformer to give brilliant light effects on all snowmobiles.

A common misconception pertaining to snowmobiles is that accessory plugs provide 12 volts of D.C. current. Quite the opposite is true. In fact, snowmobiles can vary from 9 volts at idle to as much as 25+ volts at peak RPM. This is enough of a problem – add to this that the voltage is AC current, rendering many technical electrical accessories useless and failure prone.

Our neon light tubes utilize special shock-tested designs, which incorporate 10mm glass, 1/8" wall thickness, and 7/8" O.D. acrylic encasement. Specifically designed, translucent silicone shock-absorbing rings are used throughout the light tubes to allow "cushioned" glass movement and tremendous shock absorption. Neon gas mixes are designed to work in the coldest of winter weather, wherever you ride!
