Hours: Open Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Returns of phone calls are most likely in the evening hours so please leave a contact number where you may be reached between 6 and 8 PM Centeral Standard Time. Most call are usually returned within 24 hours.
Ordering:
Internet, phone, mail, email. Internet and email orders available 24 hours. Be sure to include complete shipping address and, telephone number. All orders will be contacted by our Snow Glow sales staff to ensure the proper fit for your machine.
Payment:
We accept Visa and MasterCard and Discover, personal checks and money orders. To pay by personal check or money order please contact us directly at 218-390-8519 or email at snowglow@snowglow.com. Minnesota residents add 6.5% sales tax.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped out United States Postal Service Priority Mail. DHL, UPS and Federal Express are available upon request. Rates will be adjusted.
Returns:
To make a return, you must call for authorization. All returns must be in new condition and must include a copy of the original invoice, complete address, phone number and explanation for return. Freight must be prepaid. Returns for exchange or refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No return of special orders for any reason. No credit given on any freight charges. If the error is ours, replacement or credit will be issued plus freight charges.
Warranty:
Snow Glow® offers a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Our customers satisfaction is priority one. If you have technical difficulty we will solve it!!! If we can not resolve the issue we will buy it back within a reasonable amount of time. We have been here for 17 years because of you the customer and we plan on sticking around.
